in the wake of election day, I've given up on facebook. no need to engage with the 69+ MILLION people who voted to continue the policies of the absolute worst president in the history of the USA, in any form.

so I hope to continue what I was doing there in this place. random pictures of dogs, daily musical earworms, links to people smarter than me writing about politics, the occasional baseball story, pictures of food and cars, not food in cars, and my own observations of life in the early part of the 21st century.

the first question and the one that stings the most, what happened to that blue tsunami? I just can't believe that almost 50 percent of America is this (racist, ignorant, mentally ill, fat and happy) pick one.

the most hated man in America, that fucking turtle from Kentucky won and is stirring to take over the Senate again. how can that be? Locally the tedcruz acolyte was reelected to Congress, proving once again, gerrymandering works!
